Sainsbury's Calais is operated by La Boutique
Sainsbury's, Centre Commercial Auchan, Route de Boulogne,
62100 Calais, France. La Boutique Sainsbury's is part
owned by Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd and Auchan
Hypermarket. The information given to Sainsbury's Calais
will be used by La Boutique Sainsbury's, by Sainsbury's
Supermarkets and Sainsbury's Bank. It will not be used by
Auchan Hypermarket. Accordingly we do not sell, rent or
loan any identifiable information regarding our customers
to any third party other than those mentioned above
without your consent.
Any information that you give us is held with the
utmost care and security. It will not be used in ways to
which you have not consented.
Use of information
We will not collect any information about individuals,
except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by
them. Examples of such information are:
Name Address
Telephone number
Email address
Your personal details will be used by La Boutique
Sainsbury's to process your order and will be shared with
Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd.
Whatever choice you make regarding the receipt of
marketing information here will not affect the decision
you made regarding more 'traditional' forms of marketing,
for example a decision to receive letters from other parts
of Sainsbury's or to take part in targeted offers in
store. If you wish to amend your 'traditional' response
please phone 0800 092 1000.
'Cookies'
Sainsbury's use a feature of your Internet Web Browser
called a 'Cookie' on our site. A Cookie is a file that
your Web Browser places on your computer's hard disc which
allows us to help you get the best out of your visit to
the site.
'Sainsbury's ' uses Cookies to make accessing the site
more convenient. The 'Sainsbury's ' Cookie will remain on
your hard disk indefinitely.

Your rights

people. You have the right to see what is held about you

Sainsbury's may hold other details about you
particularly if you hold a Reward card. This information

Any changes to this policy will be posted here.
Pre-ordering
All orders must be placed at least one week prior to
collection .Please note we do not offer delivery products
or accept payment on line. You must be over the age of 18
to pre-order and proof of ID will be required at the point
of purchase. All products are subject to availability. If
your chosen product is not available you will be notified
by phone or fax.
Your order will be ready for you when you arrive in
Calais at you chosen time.
Prices for 12 for 10, 6 for 5 and 3 for 2 multi buy
promotional offers are shown at the normal case price (i.e.
a 12 for 10 offer would be shown at a cost of 12 bottles).
The multi buy will be activated when your goods are
purchased at the checkout.
Security
Sainsbury's treat all the data held with the utmost
care and security. Any details you give will remain
completely confidential. Sainsbury's Calais do not request
payment details via this site and all personal data is
held securely in our database.
